Tips for making the most of your trip
Getting around
Seattle is notoriously the most expensive city for Uber/Lyft in the country, and rides from the airport into the city can be $80+. Instead, we recommend taking the Link Lightrail (~$4/ticket). Just follow the signs in the airport and enjoy the 40ish minute train ride like a local.
Squeeze in a national park!
Did you know that Mt. Rainier National Park is just a 2 hour drive from Seattle? If you’re up for seeing a beautiful (active) volcano surrounded by waterfalls, consider extending your trip. Alternatively, you can checkout the North Cascades National Park for hikes to crystal clear alpine lakes.
